ABOUT ME
I am a former Real Estate Broker/Partner turned Registered Nurse & business/risk/healthcare leader with a keen interest for Safety, Sustainability, Infection Control, CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear) Safety/Terrorism, Emergency Preparedness, Disaster Management, Labor Relations, Quality Improvement & Risk.
My passion in my work and advocacy work aims to support people, organizations, and even countries in their promotion and protection of workers rights to safe and equitable working conditions by strengthening public policies, regulations on workers health and by implementation of intersectoral policies and strategies in close coordination with the ministries of labor and other sectors (environment, education, mining, health, agriculture etc.). More recently, my work and academic life has been focused on sustainability/ sustainable development goals (check out my blog where share some of the cool work happening around the world to address sustainability).
When I am not focused on the above, you can usually find me sipping on a cup (or two or ten) of black coffee, working on my passion project/start-up, exploring the intersection between science and metaphysics, exploring bio-hacking or reading case law for fun.
